"Not always easy to find a restaurant when you want to eat vegetables… no, I’m not vegetarian but just eating healthy. So, when I saw this nee place near Tagaytay by Cyma, I just had to try. If you now Cyma, expect to be eating salads and dips, and that’s what we ordered. The Tagaytay salad with Yuzu vinaigrette is a must try!! The taste is really refreshing. Couldn’t decide on the dips, so we just ordered the dip sampler, yummy!! The flavours were on point. I wanted to try a main dish, the mousaka didn’t disappoint, the size is good to share together with the rice in bell pepper (can’t remember what it’s called). I think I like their food better than Cyma, or is just because of the beautiful ambience? The decor is very nice and the service is really good. We came for early dinner on a Friday, but during dinner time the place is almost full. This place is about 15mins from Aguinaldo hiway, expect to drive in small town streets. Looking at the interior, expect that prices are higher, but its similar prices with other nice places in Tagaytay."
"It is our second time here and the food quality is consistent. The service and ambiance is top notch. We are really happy that there is Cyma in Tagaytay."
"Greek restaurant tucked away in Tagatay. Excellent food. Super delicious mushroom pie! Lamb meat balls with pita bread was good. Lamb burger was amazing ! Capsicum stuffed with tomato rice was delicious. Passion fruit panacotta was lovely! Chocolate cake was dense and icing bit too sweet. Frozen yogurt with olive oil and sea salt was good. Beautiful place with cane work and wonderful ambience. Service could be better."
"I read the bad reviews before dining so I knew what to expect. I decided to give the restaurant a chance because they replied to each negative review. It’s clear they listened and made adjustments based on the feedback, definitely a must-visit restaurant. We ordered the grilled lamb and the wagyu burger. Both were cooked perfectly and well-seasoned. The service was great! They truly listen to customer reviews. We went for an early Sunday dinner, so it was less crowded during our visit."
"We went there on a weekday and the place is empty. They have several wait staff but only 1 served us the whole time while others lounge around. I don't mind having one server because he was helpful and attentive. But it doesn't feel right to have so many staff that was doing nothing instead of helping. Maybe something that management needs to consider. The food was excellent. Really enjoyed the pork chops. Tender and juicy. The only thing I didn't enjoy, unfortunately, was the feta cheese. I usually look forward to that in any Greek food. I think it might be old or almost expired, perhaps. The portions were great, can feed up to 2-3 person per dish. The location is where the original Asiong's used to be."
"Ordered Paidakia, Souvlaki, and Roka Salata. Everything tastes good! A refreshing taste considering that most restos in tagaytay offer Pinoy food. Food LOOKS expensive on the menu, but you'll eventually find out that their servings are huge! Good for two? No, its actually for 3-4. We will definitely come back and taste the rest of the food on the menu."
"The flavors are exactly what I’m looking for: clean, bold, perfectly seasoned Mediterranean goodness. If you love Cyma, you’ll feel right at home here. Same taste profile, same comforting hits, same “I’ll just have one more bite” situation. But then the bill arrives. And you realize… wait a minute. I just paid a lot more for the same flavor I already know and love. It’s like ordering your favorite song—just remastered and priced like a limited vinyl pressing. Don’t get me wrong: the food is excellent. Truly. I just wish my wallet didn’t feel personally attacked afterward. If price isn’t an issue, you’ll be very happy. If it is… Cyma is still out there, doing the same magic, minus the premium plot twist."
"Elaia delivers Cyma's standard of high quality plus incorporating some Tagaytay's local produce. Its staff is very accommodating. If you already find going to and through Tagaytay City proper traffic a hassle, this a fine alternative. Granted, you will have no view of Taal but you would experience Tagaytay City's cool weather (during certain months)"
